Today, the Windows Azure team announced the availability of the Windows Azure Platform TCO and ROI Calculator, a new tool for organizations to see how much they could save with the Windows Azure Platform.
The tool, available in both online and offline versions, is designed to help measure the potential savings of product development or migration to Windows Azure platform services for organizations of all sizes. The calculator asks users for detailed information about their organization and once users have entered all their data, the calculator will provide a customized report that will detail the estimated line item costs for a TCO and a 1 to 3 year ROI analysis for your organization. Users can even download an off-line version to their desktop for later review.
